On May 8th, the Terraza de Casa Santas became the meeting point for HR and training professionals in Mexico City. Together with Sesame HR, we organized the exclusive breakfast event, “Technology that Optimizes Talent Management and Retention”, where we tackled the most pressing challenges and the latest trends in people management.

With a workforce turnover rate reaching 17% in Mexico, according to AMEDIRH data, one thing was clear: attracting talent is no longer enough—the real challenge is retaining it. During the gathering, José Manuel de Llano, Business Development at isEazy, and Fernanda Cater, Country Manager of Sesame HR in Mexico, shared their insights on creating work and training experiences that genuinely connect with employees and enhance their commitment.

During the breakfast, attendees had the chance to discuss new ways to motivate and retain talent, discover how technology is revolutionizing people management and training, and get a closer look at real success stories in talent retention and employee experience that are already making a difference in large organizations.

As José Manuel pointed out in the discussion, organizations must “create experiences for their teams that integrate training, communication, and recognition.” Similarly, Fernanda emphasized that “well-being and professional development are essential to building a lasting relationship between the company and the employee.”

The event also served as a space for networking and reflection, where HR leaders shared concerns and best practices to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow. The conversation highlighted the role of technology as an ally in better connecting with people, enhancing their talent, and building strong, purpose-driven corporate cultures. Thanks to our partner Sesame HR and all the professionals who joined this inspiring conversation.
