More about the case study

Clarel, a DIA Group brand, is a network of stores specialising in beauty, personal care and well-being, with more than 1,000 points of sale in Spain. It is currently transforming its entire business model, going from self-service to a more product- and customer-centric model. However, to achieve this, its biggest challenge was turning their entire sales team into experts in its product catalogue and, above all, in its new own-brand products.

To do this, they needed a tool that would help them to implement agile and fun learning that would adapt to the needs of a very large and geographically diverse team. It was also crucial for them to be able to easily incorporate it simultaneously across all their stores.

Carlos Ramos Alcalde, Head of Talent and Communications at Clarel, and Elena Zurita Sánchez, Talent Technician, tell us about their experience with isEazy Engage and how, thanks to this training app, they have been able to achieve their goals:

  • Condense all its in-house knowledge into bite-sized pieces of interactive content.

  • Create training available to their frontline workers.

  • Identify hidden talent among its team members, to then create a group of influencers who are now responsible for producing content, and who have become shining examples for the rest of the company.

  • Improve training engagement by up to 84%.

“No doubt, isEazy Engage is revolutionising e-learning. It has given our store staff a greater knowledge of all our products. And we have done it in an attractive, and above all, a very fun way! Participation and engagement have increased, and each day we have more supporters who are interested in new content.” Carlos Ramos Alcalde, Head of Talent and Communications at Clarel.
