How we helped Clarel to train the professionals of its more than 1,000 points of sale

Clarel, a DIA Group brand, is a network of stores specializing in beauty, personal care and wellness, with more than 1,000 points of sale in Spain. It is currently undergoing a total transformation of its business model, moving from self-service to a more product- and customer-centric model. But to achieve this, its biggest challenge was to turn its entire sales team into experts in its product catalog and, above all, in its own-brand novelties.
To do this, they needed a tool that would allow them to implement agile and fun training that would adapt to the needs of a very large and geographically dispersed team. In addition, it was essential that they could include it easily and simultaneously in all their stores.
