2. Purpose of processing your personal data.

The purpose of the treatment will be to manage, personalize and improve your experience as a user of the service. 3. Retention time

The information relating to your person will be kept during the period of validity of the commercial relationship, or the interest for which you are reading this policy (for example, if you have sent a CV, or you have subscribed to a newsletter), as long as the deletion of your data is not requested, during the limitation period of the actions that may arise in relation to this contract; as well as for any claim that we could receive from official organisms in compliance with legislative norms.

4. Information to send you commercial communications.

Personal data provided for the sending of commercial communications will be maintained until you revoke consent, all without affecting your right of withdrawal or opposition.

5. Legitimacy to process your data.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the commercial relationship of which you are a part, so that we can manage, develop and control the corresponding commercial and contractual relationship. BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. may communicate your personal data to public administrations with competence in the matter and only when there is a legal obligation to do so.

Within the framework of the group to which BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. belongs, we inform you that your data may have to be communicated to companies that are part of said group for the correct provision of the service. Likewise, we want to use your data to offer you products and services related to those you have requested, by any means, including electronic means (SMS, telephone, postal or electronic mail), even after the negotiational/contractual relationship is terminated, by said entities that make up the BIZPILLS group:

Lastly, we hereby inform you that BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. offers IT and storage services, and therefore stores most of the personal data you provide.

Although it is not possible to guarantee absolute protection against intrusions when transmitting data over the internet or from a website, both we and our subcontractors and business partners make every effort to maintain the physical, electronic and procedural protection measures needed to guarantee the protection of your information in accordance with the applicable requirements in terms of data protection.

In addition, we hereby inform you that, in order to provide an adequate service, there are suppliers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who may access your personal data on behalf of BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. and this could involve the existence of international transfers of your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Appropriate guarantees have been agreed upon for this purpose, ensuring that they will be processed with a level of protection in accordance with European regulations.

In this regard, we hereby inform you that certain countries located outside the EEA have been declared by the European Commission as being territories that offer a degree of protection equivalent to the European Union’s data protection laws, and therefore no additional legal measures are required as a safeguard.

7. Rights.

Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation about whether BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. is processing personal data that concerns you, and in such a case, has the right of access to their personal data for the purposes of processing, and to the categories of personal data in question.

Likewise, you will have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that it was collected; the consent or rejection on which the processing is based has been withdrawn; personal data has been processed unlawfully; or when it must be abolished for the fulfillment of a legal obligation established by European Union or Member State Law.

You will have the right to receive the personal data that concerns you and that you have provided, in a structured format, and to transmit it to another person responsible for the processing without being prevented by the person responsible to whom you have provided it, when the processing is based on consent; or the processing is carried out by automated means.

Finally, in the terms established in the current legislation; they may revoke consent that has been provided and have the possibility of presenting a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

9. Additional information.

In all cases, users guarantee and take responsibility for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep it properly updated. Likewise, users guarantee that they are over 18 years old.

In the event that personal data is provided by persons who do not own it, the user must, prior to their inclusion, inform said persons of the points contained in the preceding paragraphs. In these cases, the user guarantees that the information reported is for a person over 18 years of age and that it is accurate and truthful. As a tool belonging to BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L., its users are fully liable for the inclusion of personal data in this tool, and BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. cannot be held liable for the insertion of special categories of data (sensitive data) into the different modules of the tool or other functionalities, regardless of the fulfilment of its obligations as the data processor, as described above. BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. has applied security measures to the data processing carried out under the premises indicated in accordance with the risk analyzed, and BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L.’s end user shall be liable for any exception to these, without the possibility of BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. being held liable in any way.

BIZPILLS GROUP BPO S.L. has adopted the legally required Personal Data protection security levels and has installed all the technical measures available according to the state of technology to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the Data Personal facilitated.
