Digitalization and large-scale training to empower global teams

In an increasingly complex financial environment, and with a strong focus on digital transformation and sustainability, BBVA opted for a solid training strategy built on a powerful infrastructure. This infrastructure needed to cover a wide range of knowledge areas, providing gamified experiences for the development of its professionals.

To carry out part of this project, the bank had to create and virtualize high-quality e-learning content for its reskilling and upskilling projects. The geographical range of its employees and the scale of its training catalog – over 20,000 elements and 4 million hours of training per year – required a decentralized, efficient and highly interactive learning model.
