AMEDIRH 2025 HR Congress: Innovation, AI, and Talent

On October 22 and 23, isEazy participated in the 60th International HR Congress organized by AMEDIRH (Mexican Association for Human Resources Management), one of the most important HR events in Mexico. There, we shared how artificial intelligence and e-learning tools are transforming corporate learning and redefining the way organizations train and develop talent.

Over two days at Expo Santa Fe in Mexico City, more than 3,000 professionals gathered to attend 13 keynote sessions, panels, and workshops focused on technology and the impact of AI on people management, leadership, the transformation of work, and new ways to drive talent growth. Some key takeaways from the sessions included:

  • The HR function is shifting from operational to becoming the “architect of the organizational future,” with a focus on talent, culture, and technology.
  • Personalizing the employee experience is now essential: “one-size-fits-all is obsolete” and organizations must design individual learning paths for each person.
  • The integration of technology—especially artificial intelligence—is not only about efficiency, but also about creating more relevant and human experiences, starting with recruitment, development, and retention.
  • Well-being, flexible work models (hybrid/remote), and inclusion/diversity are now strategic pillars for the next phase of talent management.
