From June 25 to 27, isEazy took part in the 40th edition of the Brazilian Congress on Training and Development (CBTD), the largest T&D event in Latin America. This key gathering spot for corporate learning professionals welcomed over 8,000 attendees100 exhibitors, and featured 16 simultaneous stages with high-level speakers such as Britt Andreatta, CEO of Brain Aware Training, and João Branco, former VP of Marketing at McDonald’s Brazil. 

CBTD is an opportunity to discover tools, resources, and new possibilities to drive corporate training and development initiatives in Brazil. It’s an event for sharing knowledge and best practices, understanding the current state of the T&D sector, and finding new ways to fulfill our strategic role within organizations more effectively.

Our first in-person event in Brazil — a strategic market in our international expansion — was a great success and the perfect stage to showcase isEazy’s e-learning tools. From our booth at the Pro Magno Convention Center, hundreds of industry professionals had the chance to explore our AI-powered solutions, test our latest features, and discover how we help organizations create, manage, and scale their training programs with greater speed and efficiency. 

We wanted to be present at such a pivotal moment for the T&D sector in Latin America. CBTD gave us the opportunity to demonstrate how our technology can transform the way companies train their teams — with intuitive, effective, and results-driven solutions.

Trends Shaping the Future of Learning in the Region 

During the event, we identified several key trends that are already transforming the corporate training landscape in Brazil and across Latin America: 

  • Artificial intelligence as a training strategy ally: More and more organizations are seeking tools that integrate AI to accelerate content creation, personalize learning paths, and deliver more relevant user experiences. Our authoring tool and all-in-one training platform are great examples — leveraging AI to boost productivity, reduce the time and resources required by HR and training teams, and enhance learner engagement. 
  • Skill development and leadership in building psychologically safe environments: There’s a growing emphasis on soft skills training to promote workplace well-being and mental health. Organizations are increasingly investing in content that develops human skills, communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence — especially those soft skills that help employees navigate new technologies, understand their function, and maximize their value. 
  • Making a learning culture a living, strategic practice within organizations: This means embedding continuous learning at every level of the company — not just reacting to immediate needs but anticipating future challenges. With advanced technology tools like personalized e-learning platforms, organizations can deliver dynamic, accessible learning experiences aligned with strategic goals. In this way, learning becomes a key asset that empowers employees, enhances performance, and strengthens organizational resilience. 
  • Flexible, accessible training for all teams: In a hybrid work context with distributed teams and diverse needs, there’s growing demand for mobile, scalable, multi-format solutions. In the training sector, it’s also essential for content to be localized to the language of professionals — highlighting the importance of AI-powered solutions with automatic translation, subtitles, and voiceovers.
