Artificial intelligence is marking a turning point in corporate training. Forecasts indicate that, in 2026, more than 65% of companies in Mexico will have incorporated AI into their learning and development processes, while organizations that have already taken this step have managed to reduce training content creation times by up to 40%.

Beyond accelerating training processes, this progress is also transforming the way companies design, scale, and evaluate their learning strategies. In an increasingly competitive environment, organizations are looking for more agile, efficient, and connected models that allow them to respond quickly to the new needs of the business and its talent.

To explore this new scenario in greater depth and share a practical perspective on the real impact of AI on corporate learning, we held the event Learning Breakfast: Training Leaders: AI, Integration, and Efficiency in the New Era of Corporate Learning in Mexico City, an exclusive gathering for training, talent, and development leaders that was a great success in terms of attendance.

During the session, we discussed how AI can help simplify content creation, optimize the scalability of training programs, and give teams greater autonomy without compromising consistency or quality. Attendees were also able to see live demos and real use cases showing how different organizations are already incorporating this technology to accelerate and strengthen their training strategies.

The event also served as an opportunity to analyze one of the sector’s major current challenges: identifying future trends and how to implement them through AI to maximize return on investment in e-learning.

We are seeing how AI has evolved from a promise to a strategic tool in corporate training. Its true potential lies not only in automating processes, but also in enabling organizations to train their employees better, faster, and with greater adaptability.
