On June 17 and 18, we took part in ExpoRetail Iberoamérica 2026, the first edition in Madrid of one of the most ambitious events for the retail industry in Spain. Held at IFEMA, the event brought together more than 4,000 professionals, 110 exhibitors, and 200 national and international speakers to analyze the trends, challenges, and opportunities redefining the future of retail.

Over the two-day event, manufacturers, distributors, operations leaders, and digital transformation professionals shared experiences, best practices, and success stories around some of the industry’s biggest challenges: managing distributed teams, optimizing in-store operations, automating processes, and the need to deliver more agile experiences for employees and customers.

In this context, the isEazy team presented our solution for keeping all points of sale aligned in real time, isEazy Engage, an AI-powered app that brings together tasks, communication, onboarding, and training in a single app for any mobile device.

Team alignment, a key challenge for today’s retail industry

One of the most recurring topics during the event was the need to improve the connection between corporate strategy and its execution in stores. In an industry characterized by large store networks, distributed workforces, and high employee turnover, ensuring that all teams work with the same information and goals remains one of the main challenges.

The conversations we had with industry professionals confirmed that many companies continue to manage critical processes through multiple disconnected tools, making communication more difficult, slowing down operations, and creating inefficiencies in day-to-day work.

The major challenge facing the retail sector is not having more tools, but ensuring that people have access to the right information, at the right time, and in one place.

That’s why, during the event, we held hundreds of demos of isEazy Engage and showed how it works to centralize task management, internal communication, onboarding processes, and a repository of manuals, guidelines, and explanatory videos in a single app. This way, frontline teams can access everything they need from their own mobile device.

AI to simplify day-to-day store operations

AI that is truly integrated into processes was another major highlight of this edition. The discussions and demos focused on how to apply it in a practical way to improve productivity, streamline processes, and support decision-making.

At our booth, we shared how the AI integrated into isEazy Engage helps automate tasks and simplify daily team management, allowing organizations to spend more time on what truly adds value: people and the customer experience.

Technology only makes a difference when it simplifies the work of those on the front line. Our aim is to ensure that every employee has everything they need to do their job better, through a simple and intuitive experience.

At isEazy, we want to thank all the professionals who stopped by our booth to learn about our solution, share their challenges, and discover new ways to boost their teams’ performance.
