Together with Sesame HR, we organized the exclusive breakfast event, “Technology that Optimizes Talent Management and Retention”, where we tackled the most pressing challenges and the latest trends in people management.
With a workforce turnover rate reaching 17% in Mexico, according to AMEDIRH data, one thing was clear: attracting talent is no longer enough—the real challenge is retaining it. During the gathering, José Manuel de Llano, Business Development at isEazy, and Fernanda Cater, Country Manager of Sesame HR in Mexico, shared their insights on creating work and training experiences that genuinely connect with employees and enhance their commitment.
