CBTD 2026: isEazy Returns to Latin America’s Largest Learning and Development Event

From June 8 to 10, we participated for the second consecutive year in CBTD 2026 (Congresso Brasileiro de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento), the largest training and development congress in Latin America, organized by ABTD and held at the Pro Magno Event Center in São Paulo.
Over three days, the event brought together more than 10,000 professionals from the fields of HR, corporate training, and talent development to share knowledge, analyze trends, and discover new solutions capable of transforming the way organizations drive learning.
With more than 140 activities and 18 simultaneous stages featuring renowned national and international experts, CBTD 2026 once again established itself as one of the must-attend events for those looking to stay ahead of the future of learning and people development.
In this context, we were there to show how AI is revolutionizing the creation of training content, corporate training, and knowledge management through the ecosystem of isEazy solutions.
AI with instructional design principles that creates high-quality training
Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to exchange experiences with professionals from different industries who share the same challenge: responding to their teams’ growing training needs without compromising the quality, relevance, and speed that today’s environment demands.
During the three days of the congress, we held demos and meetings at our booth to show visitors how to combine generative AI with instructional design principles, and what key strategies and tools are needed to design online training programs with higher engagement, scalability, and a results-driven approach. We also presented a new development that we will be announcing very soon, one that will completely revolutionize the application of AI in e-learning.
The high level of participation and interest shown by attendees reflects the growing strategic importance of continuous learning within organizations, especially in an environment where adaptation and skills development have become key factors for success.
