STF Group achieves 87% completion rate in its leadership program thanks to isEazy

STF Group is a Colombian company dedicated to the design, manufacture, distribution, and commercialization of high-quality fashion, footwear, and accessories. Its main objective is to generate a unique shopping experience. Through product and service innovations, they have set out to conquer half of the Latin American market.

Its mission today is to continue providing the best fashion alternative in its more than 500 global stores, for which the performance of each store and its team of more than 3,000 workers is key. Given this objective, it was essential for them to promote the growth of their leaders as well as each one of their collaborators.

Claudia Marcela Moncada Echavarria, head of Training and Development, tells us how, with the e-learning tools of the technology company isEazy, they have reached a record of completeness in their Leadership program and a significant improvement in the performance of their professionals.
