Clarel, a DIA Group brand, is a network of stores specializing in beauty, personal care and wellness, with more than 1,000 points of sale in Spain. It is currently undergoing a total transformation of its business model, moving from self-service to a more product- and customer-centric model. But to achieve this, its biggest challenge was to turn its entire sales team into experts in its product catalog and, above all, in its own-brand novelties.

Clarel was beginning a business model transformation, moving from self-service to a more product- and customer-focused approach. To do this, they needed to ensure that the staff across their stores in Spain had a deeper knowledge of all their products.
However, they faced two significant challenges: the geographic dispersion of their team and the limited time to implement an effective training solution.
