On April 16th, we held a very special event in Madrid alongside Endalia, a leading company in the digitalization of HR and payroll processes. We brought together human resources professionals and talent experts to discuss one of the major challenges in the field at the event “How to design organizations where talent stays: employee experience, strategic learning, and technology in service of retention.”
In a context marked by changing professional expectations and growing competition for talent, retention is solidifying as a strategic priority. During the event, we explored how employee experience, continuous learning, and technology can act as true levers for engagement, productivity, and sustainable growth.
David del Val, People Director at Endalia, emphasized the need to address employee experience in a structured and conscious way. In his talk, he pointed out that it’s not about implementing isolated actions within the organization, but about an integrated approach that combines design, measurement, and continuous improvement.
The opening lecture, led by Rubén Montesinos, a writer specializing in Employer Branding and Talent Development, delved into the concept of “magnetic companies”, those capable of attracting and retaining talent in an increasingly demanding market. During his talk, he shared practical keys to building an authentic value proposition and strengthening organizational culture as the central pillar of engagement.
Next, the panel of experts brought together different perspectives, from culture and well-being to technology, business, and training, to ground the debate in real cases and best practices. In this space, we had the participation of the workplace well-being trainer, Lidia Martínez, David del Val from Endalia, and Félix Calvo, Business Development at isEazy, moderated by Rubén Montesinos.
At isEazy, we wanted to highlight the strategic role of learning within the employee experience. In the ever-changing current environment, training can no longer be seen as an isolated element but rather as a key piece in professional development and connection with the organization.
The meeting made one thing clear: organizations that are committed to consciously designing their employees’ experience, leveraging technology and effective learning strategies, are better prepared to tackle today’s talent challenges and the future of work.
