On June 17 and 18, we participated in FiAD Summit 2026, the online event organized by the Forum for Innovation in Learning and Development (FiAD), considered one of the leading spaces for training, talent, and development professionals in Ibero-America. The event brought together experts, corporate learning leaders, and technology providers to analyze how artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and new ways of working are redefining people development within organizations.
This year’s edition featured international experts and well-known industry figures such as Nina Hirota, who invited attendees to reflect on how to rethink leadership in today’s context; Jimbo Clark, creator of the well-known “BOX experiment”; and Moe Poirier, a specialist in facilitation and learning experience design. Through their sessions, attendees gained new perspectives on leadership, innovation, learning experience, and talent development.
The program also included sessions on continuous learning, organizational innovation, and access to knowledge in increasingly dynamic corporate environments.
As part of FiAD’s activities, isEazy, as a Gold sponsor, presented the Bridgestone success story on how the company has managed to connect its headquarters and distributor network across Latin America through a single app, aligning tasks, communication, and onboarding at every point of sale. The session focused on the need to connect operations and knowledge with business objectives, ensuring that they have a real impact on the performance of people and teams.
During the conversation between Berenice Martínez, Head of Training and Engagement at Bridgestone, and Gabriela Molina, Key Account Manager at isEazy, they addressed some of the main challenges large organizations face: maintaining employee engagement, facilitating access to knowledge, and making operations more flexible. In addition, Bridgestone’s experience showed how technology can become a key pillar for driving a culture of continuous learning.
Another case presented as part of FiAD’s activities was that of the National Open and Distance University (UNAD), the institution leading virtual education in Colombia. During the session, María Luisa Barreto, National Leader of the Technopedagogical Management Network for Courses and Digital Learning Resources at UNAD, and Martha Liliana Garzón, Key Account Manager at isEazy, shared how they have strengthened the creation of digital learning resources through the incorporation of isEazy Author. The goal? To offer learning experiences that are more accessible, interactive, and adapted to students’ needs.
Since the project began in 2024, the university has developed 179 digital learning resources, including Virtual Learning Objects (VLOs) and Virtual Information Objects (VIOs). The institution especially highlighted the role of the platform’s accessibility, gamification, and artificial intelligence features in streamlining content design and publishing processes, while also improving the learning experience and educational inclusion.
These cases demonstrate the value of sharing real experiences to continue driving innovation, accessibility, and the impact of learning across organizations and educational institutions.
