At isEazy, we believe in talent development as a key lever for business transformation. That’s why, together with MIOTI Tech & Business School, we organized the event “AI and Talent: Multiply Your Teams’ Productivity”, a gathering designed to analyze how artificial intelligence is redefining the future of work and what organizations need to integrate this technology effectively.

During the event, we had the keynote speech by Fabiola Pérez, CEO of MIOTI Tech & Business School, who reviewed the key aspects of AI adoption in organizations and new ways of working. Additionally, we had experts from Prosegur and Telefónica discussing the strategies they are implementing in their organizations in response to this new scenario.

  • The HR and Training departments are taking on a strategic role as drivers of change and the development of new skills.

  • The collaboration between people and AI agents is redefining work models and requires new skills within teams.

The roundtable featured Javier García, Global Head of Training & Development at Prosegur, and Juan Miguel Camús, Learning and Development Manager at Telefónica. They shared real cases of how their organizations are already integrating AI into their learning and development strategies, as well as the results achieved in the process.

Our CEO, Miguel Valverde, officially presented the new Artificial Intelligence School for businesses, an educational ecosystem developed in collaboration with MIOTI to help organizations train their professionals in the strategic and practical use of AI.

This school aims to equip teams with the necessary skills to work in a new work era marked by the collaboration between people and technology, offering a flexible, applied, and results-oriented methodology that facilitates the real adoption of artificial intelligence in the daily operations of businesses.

Less than 5% of AI pilots make it to the implementation phase; the remaining 95% remain in the experimental phase.
