On March 26 and 27, we took part in the 31st Corporate Universities Executive Meeting organized by the National Association for Innovation, Work, and Corporate Training (ANITEC) in Brasília. A benchmark event within Brazil’s learning and development ecosystem, this edition was supported by Correios —the Brazilian postal service— and the Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae Nacional).

The event is part of a series held across the country with a clear objective: to share real experiences, best practices, and challenges faced by corporate universities nationwide. In 2025, the initiative brought together more than 742 companies and over 1,000 managers, establishing itself as one of the leading knowledge-sharing platforms in organizational learning.

In this edition, Samara Novais, Key Account Manager Brazil at isEazy, led a session focused on the real impact of artificial intelligence on corporate training. During the session, she shared key insights from the study AI in HR and Learning, developed together with Microsoft and based on input from more than 300 professionals across 35 countries.

Following the data, isEazy’s presentation addressed the evolution of AI in e-learning: the shift from generative AI to instructional intelligence capable of creating training content in minutes, grounded in pedagogical criteria. The session also introduced the new AI Autopilot, the latest feature of isEazy Author, which automatically builds a course with a pedagogical structure, recommends interactive elements, games, and exercises, and applies each company’s branding and style in a single click, while still allowing full control and final review.

The session concluded with a live demo of the tool, where AI Autopilot generated a complete SCORM course from an idea or an existing document, dramatically reducing production times and enabling any team—regardless of technical expertise—to create training content.

isEazy is a member of ANITEC and takes part in these meetings not only as a partner, but also as an expert e-learning provider—sharing insights on industry trends, data, and the latest technological developments. During these sessions, we aimed to address one of the key challenges organizations face today: how to create more content, in less time, and with greater impact.

We are at a pivotal moment in the field of training. AI is no longer just a support tool, but a true driver of transformation. With AI Autopilot, we’re taking it a step further, moving from content generation to designing impactful learning experiences—automatically and at scale.
Miguel Valverde CEO at isEazy.

Thank you to all attendees, as well as to the ANITEC organizers and sponsors, and to our incredible team in Brazil for making this event possible. We leave with new insights and a strong drive to keep shaping the future of corporate learning.
