On April 22, we attended a new edition of the Corporate Learning Day in Barcelona, the annual gathering of leaders in training, talent, and organizational development. An event organized by Equipos y Talento to share knowledge, industry trends, and real-world experiences such as our best practice with Almirall: a relationship spanning more than 15 years, providing e-learning solutions to centralize the creation of training content across the entire company.
Almirall, a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Barcelona with a commercial presence in more than 100 countries, needed to scale high-quality training with consistency, scalability, and flexibility for its more than 2,000 professionals. To achieve this, since 2011 they have relied on isEazy’s e-learning solutions to standardize content, establish a consistent quality benchmark, and extend its use across the entire organization.
Thanks to our technology, the Almirall team has built a unified ecosystem for creating training content, transforming its learning model, serving all areas of the company while addressing the specific needs of each market under a single global standard of quality.

This success story was presented in the Best Practice “Global training under control: how to centralize content creation with reliable and scalable technology,” with Nuria Fernández, Global Excellence Training Director at Almirall, and Félix Calvo, Business Development at isEazy, during the Corporate Learning Day Barcelona 2026 event.
During the session, both speakers analyzed how the relationship between the two companies has evolved, as well as the working model for creating courses with high-quality standards, in multiple languages, and the democratization it has brought to Almirall’s internal experts by enabling them to create their own content.
The Corporate Learning Day Barcelona 2026 brought together more than 600 industry professionals to share the most effective training strategies and tools, capable of combining a global vision, consistent execution, and long-term collaboration.
