On October 28th, we sponsored the Corporate Learning Day Madrid 2025, organized by the media outlet Equipos & Talento at the Reina Sofía Museum, and presented our success story with Repsol: an example of AI-driven training that improves efficiency, engages teams, and has a direct impact on the business.

Repsol was facing a major challenge: scaling its internal training strategy to train more than 25,000 employees across 90 countries. They needed an agile solution with a simple and effective learning curve. They turned to isEazy Author, our AI-powered authoring tool, which allowed them to completely transform their training model.

Thanks to our technology, Repsol’s internal experts were able to create interactive, useful, and personalized content independently, dramatically reducing production costs and time. And most importantly: without compromising quality, pedagogical standards, or relevance.

Today, Repsol’s Learning and Development department leads the Talent Program, focusing on upskilling and reskilling as strategic business drivers. By 2025, this approach has been solidified with the creation of their Trainer Network, made up of over 1,000 internal experts who turn their knowledge into courses validated by the training team—contributing to the company’s know-how… all made possible with isEazy Author.

A Measurable and Transformative Change at Repsol

The results speak for themselves:

  • Over 250 courses created per year, with peaks reaching up to 300.
  • Faster and more efficient production, optimizing resources compared to the previous model based on external providers.
  • Higher engagement, thanks to the ease of adding AI-generated interactivities with a single click.
  • More relevant and applicable content, created by those who know each area best: their own internal experts.

This success story was presented during the Talent Talk between Urbano Mata, Industrial Training and Learning Manager at Repsol, and our CEO, Miguel Valverde, as part of the Corporate Learning Day Madrid 2025. The event, which brought together over 800 professionals from the HR, training, and development sectors, once again served as a key meeting point to explore the present and future of corporate learning.

During the conversation, both professionals discussed how the combination of generative AI and expert knowledge is redefining content creation within a large organization like Repsol, enabling them to scale processes, ensure consistency, and personalize the learning experience.

“Thanks to isEazy, we create content tailored to the reality of each area and with a high level of engagement. The fact that our own internal experts can produce it with the help of AI has made a huge difference in production times.”
Urbano Mata, Repsol
“We are experiencing a revolution in the way knowledge is produced, consumed, and managed within companies. Generative AI not only improves timing and efficiency, it also democratizes the creation of training content, making it accessible to any profile within the organization.”
Miguel Valverde, CEO de isEazy

Highlights from the Corporate Learning Day Madrid 2025

The event featured 14 themed conferences, 12 Talent Talks and over 32 speakers from the business sector who shared real-life experiences and success stories focused on the impact of artificial intelligence in HR and training, organizational culture, leadership, sustainability, and talent development.

Our session “How Repsol leverages its internal knowledge through training content creation powered by generative AI” was not the only contribution of the day. From the conferences held at the Nouvel building auditorium, we highlight these five insights into the future of the industry:

  • “One size fits none” is now a reality in L&D

Personalized learning is no longer optional. Organizations are adopting adaptive models that respond to each employee’s individual needs.

  • AI is emerging as a strategic driver of learning

It not only automates processes, but also anticipates needs, personalizes learning paths, and measures impact in real time.

  • Human + Digital: the new balance in training

Technology enables scalability, but the real impact lies in combining it with meaningful human experiences.

  • Leadership in the age of continuous transformation

Training leaders who inspire, embrace diversity, and foster resilience is key to sustaining innovation.

  • “AI First, Human-Centric”: an ethical approach is essential

In the era of AI, technology must serve a human purpose: enhancing talent without dehumanizing it.

The Corporate Learning Day Madrid was the ideal space to share knowledge and continue advancing toward a more agile, human, and challenge-ready corporate learning approach. Thank you to everyone who attended the session and to those who visited our booth to explore the latest in isEazy’s AI-powered e-learning tools, designed to create, distribute, and manage online training in an easy, flexible, and personalized way. See you at the next edition!
