NEED
To maintain its leadership position in the market, Alain Afflelou focuses much of its effort on the internal development of its professionals. This gives them the skills and flexibility they need to respond to an increasingly demanding client-base. To manage these processes, it has created the Afflelou Academy, a school of opticians and audiologists for all its collaborators, including both its own internal employees and those working through franchises.
Thanks to isEazy, the company can now ensure that all students learn the subjects they need in an agile and attractive way, through a platform that allows them to consistently evaluate and improve their training processes. In turn, the Afflelou Academy has been enriched with a wide catalog of soft skills and ESG courses, that helps the company keep its internal development plans up to date.
“We were looking for a solution that would allow us to bring together and enhance the knowledge of all our professionals in an attractive and agile way, thereby guaranteeing the traceability of our training processes.”
