We took part in Corporate Learning Day’25, held on May 8th and organized by Equipos & Talento, to discuss the future of corporate learning. With our own stand and participation in the roundtable “LEARNING TECH & AI REVOLUTION” alongside VICIO’s Head of L&D, we shared with attendees the AI-powered e-learning strategies and tools that are reshaping talent management.
Throughout the day at the Gran Hyatt Hotel in Barcelona, the latest trends in technology and training were explored at an event that brought together over 400 professionals from the Learning & Development sector. With more than 20 top-level speakers and five roundtable discussions, Corporate Learning Day’25 has become a key forum for tackling the challenges and opportunities in corporate learning.
The roundtable “LEARNING TECH & AI REVOLUTION”, featuring our colleague Félix Calvo, Business Development at isEazy, and Quim Benavides, Head of L&D at VICIO, focused on how AI can serve as a strategic ally to deliver more effective training and talent management. The speakers shared real-life examples and best practices for integrating innovative tools that support team development.
“It’s essential to communicate company culture both internally and externally—and to reflect it in the organization’s training strategy. AI is a very useful tool for achieving this, but it’s crucial to teach people how to use it correctly,” noted Quim Benavides. Along the same lines, Félix Calvo added, “We’re a tech company that has evolved over the years, and right now it’s the environment that’s driving our transformation. We see AI as an ally that helps us create synergies to reach new markets and work more efficiently.”
Beyond the talks, Corporate Learning Day’25 once again served as a space for HR and L&D professionals to connect, exchange ideas, and explore how technology is redefining how we train and retain talent.
