Sellics is a young company, but it is going strong. After 7 years of unstoppable growth, their main goal was to continue offering the best customer service.
To do this, it was essential to establish a training plan that would allow them to share their values and way of working with a constantly growing workforce.Until a few months ago, Sellics carried out its onboarding processes through individual courses.
