Its main objective is to generate a unique shopping experience. Through product and service innovations, they have set out to conquer half of the Latin American market.
Its mission today is to continue providing the best fashion alternative in its more than 500 global stores, for which the performance of each store and its team of more than 3,000 workers is key. Given this objective, it was essential for them to promote the growth of their leaders as well as each one of their collaborators.

STF Group wanted to strengthen the commitment and performance of their teams through the leadership of directors, managers, supervisors and coordinators, for whom they wanted to develop a specific program in this key area.
After a first phase dedicated to identifying opportunities for improvement, STF Group needed a library of courses on essential topics to strengthen leadership. They also needed an online tool to create their own content to train their personnel managers and boost their teams with internal company knowledge.

SOLUTION
The company relied on the e-learning technology company isEazy, a referent in the corporate training sector, to cover its L&D needs. Thanks to its isEazy Skills tool, they enjoy a wide selection of courses to develop the leadership of their managers and, on the other hand, with isEazy Author they have a content creation software to transform their internal know-how into attractive online courses.
By incorporating the isEazy Skills platform into its training process, STF Group has managed to improve the perception of online training with a more attractive and dynamic design. Thus, their leaders have shown greater interest in taking the different modules of the Leadership program, which has meant a reduction in the time they spent completing the courses as they were more motivated by the content.
With its learning by doing methodology based on the practical application of knowledge through exercises, all the available content in the isEazy skills catalog allows the transfer of acquired skills directly to the workplace, enabling managers to empower their teams from day one.
On the other hand, isEazy Author has meant a leap in the quality of the content they generate ad hoc to deploy their corporate culture and knowledge. Now, they can create courses that include gamification in an agile and flexible way, which makes them much more interactive and stimulating for their collaborators. Thanks to the implementation of games, they have not only made their leadership training more dynamic, but also their onboarding content and mandatory content such as PRL, which they have made much more attractive.
STF Group highlights the variety of methodologies and formats used in each of the isEazy Skills courses (videos, podcasts…), which have improved knowledge retention among its managers. In addition, isEazy Author has allowed them to create content that can be directly distributed in their corporate platform and include a learning evaluation through different types of tests in the course itself.

RESULTS
Thanks to isEazy, STF Group has obtained surprising results, with an 87% completion rate for its leadership program. In addition, its e-learning solutions have increased learning efficiency, making the training process more flexible, but above all, “the tools have had a significant impact on the development of our team and the adaptability of the organization,” says Claudia Moncada Echavarría
This project, which has already been implemented in STF Group’s offices in Colombia, Chile, Panama and Mexico, will continue to grow and evolve with the company.
