NEED
With the goal of fostering talent within the organization, Petit Palace decided to strengthen its development initiatives and turned to isEazy Skills to bring the project to life.
The company needed to design a practical, tailored training plan in Mentoring to turn executives and middle managers into mentors, capable of guiding and transferring knowledge to their mentees.
“We decided to strengthen our development initiatives by focusing on sharing one of Petit Palace’s greatest resources: the know-how of our most experienced professionals.”

SOLUTION
With isEazy’s support, a blended Mentoring training program was designed with two phases: one of sequential e-learning training, where participants could learn in a digital environment with high-impact educational resources.
This was complemented by two in-person sessions, each led by an expert in the corresponding competency.
“To bring the project to life, we turned to isEazy, the tech company specialized in e-learning and skills development. They proposed a Mentoring training program designed to turn executives and middle managers into mentors capable of guiding and sharing their knowledge with the rest of our employees.”

RESULTS
Thanks to an innovative methodology, Petit Palace’s future mentors were able to internalize successful behaviors during the online phase and apply that knowledge to their daily work during the in-person sessions.
As a result, the hotel chain achieved 100% participation in the project and a knowledge application rate of over 84%.
“Becoming a mentor at Petit Palace was a truly enriching experience. Through the training, we learned in a dynamic and practical way, with all kinds of examples such as videos and infographics, and with the guidance of a Mentoring expert who supported us throughout all the in-person sessions.”
