Norauto is a network of car centres with two main development drivers: commitment to the customer and talent development. To continue expanding its culture, the company presented to us its need to design a leadership program for new and future store managers.

In response, usingisEazy Skills we implemented the Lideríza-t program: a project designed to form transformational leaders. What does the program consist of and what were its results? José Vicente Navarro, head of Training and the Norauto Institute, tells us.

The need

To continue expanding its culture of customer orientation and driving the internal promotion of its collaborators, the company expressed the need to design a leadership program for new and future store managers. The objective was to create a program in line with Norauto culture and values, capable of forming leaders, one that is people-centred and focused on customer satisfaction.

The solution

To respond to the needs of Norauto, we used isEazy Skills to implement the Lideríza-t program: a training project created to develop the four key skills of the new management: leadership, commitment and delegation, team development and customer experience.

The results

Through the innovative isEazy Skills methodology, the program participants were able to enjoy a sequential training experience. Thanks to this, and supported by cutting edge technology and the best content, the program participants were able to transfer the knowledge they acquired to their jobs.
