CASE STUDY
Norauto is a nationwide network of auto centers whose growth strategy relies on two key pillars: a commitment to customers and a firm focus on developing internal talent. The company believes its team is the driving force behind every achievement, which is why it has been investing for years in initiatives that strengthen training, motivation, and professional growth.
In line with this vision, Norauto identified a key need for its future expansion: having leaders prepared to take on store management, capable of driving teams and embedding the corporate culture in every center. This led to the idea of designing a dedicated leadership program.
To meet this challenge, isEazy Skills launched the “Lideríza-t” program, a tailor-made development initiative designed to train transformative leaders. The goal was to provide participants with the skills needed to lead teams effectively, align management with company values, and face everyday challenges with a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
What did the program involve and what results did it deliver? José Vicente Navarro, Head of Training and Institute at Norauto, tells us more.

NEED
To continue expanding its culture of customer orientation and driving the internal promotion of its collaborators, the company expressed the need to design a leadership program for new and future store managers.
The objective was to create a program in line with Norauto culture and values, capable of forming leaders, one that is people-centred and focused on customer satisfaction.
“With isEazy Skills, we were offered an innovative methodology where participants go through a sequential learning experience that combines tutored e-learning with multiple practical activities. They can also consolidate the knowledge acquired through the use of gamification in the classroom.”

SOLUTION
To address Norauto’s needs, we launched the Lideríza-t program with isEazy Skills: a training initiative designed to develop the four key competencies of modern management—leadership, engagement and delegation, team development, and customer experience.
“By working on the four competencies of the program, we gain all the knowledge needed to manage our teams and enhance the quality of their customer service. In addition, the direct interaction with tutors, coaches, and peers through the platform creates an excellent working environment and allows us to dive deeper into the content.”

RESULTS
Through the innovative methodology, participants in the Lideríza-t program experienced a sequential learning journey, structured to facilitate progressive learning and the practical application of content. The blended approach—combining theory, practice, and technology—enabled each participant to internalize the key concepts of the new leadership model in a dynamic and effective way.
The indicators speak for themselves: a 95% participation rate demonstrates the high level of commitment professionals showed to the program, while overall satisfaction with the learning experience remained very high. But most importantly, there was clear evidence of a real transfer of learning to the workplace, validated both by the participants themselves and by their direct managers.
“The impact of the Lideríza-t project has been so positive that we are already preparing the third edition. Participation and satisfaction among all participants have been very high, and many of them acknowledge applying what they learned directly to their jobs.”
