Artificial intelligence (AI) is accelerating the transformation of the labor market in Mexico. According to PwC’s 2026 Global AI Jobs Barometer, demand for talent with AI skills doubled in 2025, reaching 68,000 job openings in the country.

This evolution is making training and skills development increasingly important for organizations that need to prepare their teams to work with new technologies and adapt to constantly evolving roles.

In this context, we participated for the third consecutive year in the World HR Congress Mexico 2026, organized by the Mexican Association of Human Resources Management (AMEDIRH). Held on September 23–24 at Expo Santa Fe Mexico, the event brought together more than 5,000 HR leaders and professionals to explore the key trends transforming talent management, with AI playing a central role.

The event also featured 20 international speakers and more than 170 sponsoring and exhibiting companies. During the congress, we shared our vision with leaders in HR, Talent, and Learning & Development on how AI can help create learning solutions that are more connected to both professional and business needs.

From our booth, we showcased the e-learning solutions helping leading organizations address training challenges in the AI era, supporting every stage of the corporate learning journey. We also introduced our latest AI-native learning innovation: isEazy Brain.

The conversations and networking opportunities with HR, Talent, and A&D leaders across the region highlighted how our solutions enable organizations to build more agile, scalable, and adaptive learning strategies aligned with evolving business needs.

Our participation in the World HR Congress Mexico gives us the opportunity to see firsthand how organizations’ training needs are evolving and to share our vision of how AI can help develop the new skills required by a changing job market.
