About the integration
The integration between isEazy LMS and SMOWL allows you to enable remote monitoring in any training activity, providing full control over the evaluation process—from participant access to result review.
Users can easily identify which trainings and activities are being monitored via a camera icon and access the SMOWL registration process directly from the platform.
Meanwhile, administrators can review monitoring results, approve or reject them, and determine whether users pass the activity based on their behavior during the assessment.
Key features
With this integration, you can:
- Configure activities with active monitoring directly from the isEazy LMS manager.
- Visually identify which trainings and activities are monitored with a camera icon.
- Provide users with a guided registration and verification process in SMOWL, integrated into isEazy LMS.
- View the status of monitored activities (“pending”, “awaiting monitoring”, “passed”, “not passed”, etc.).
- Manually review monitoring results and approve or reject attempts individually or in bulk.
- Conduct re-evaluations if needed, even after the assessment period is closed.
