Not only has it grown to constitute the AKRON Group, but it has also adapted to the opportunities offered by the energy sector to continue adding value to society.
To maintain their leadership in the sector, they needed to transform their corporate training processes into an online model that would guarantee the upskilling and reskilling of their more than 700 employees distributed among their offices in Mexico, South America, Central America, and the United States.

Despite its long history, AKRON Group’s objectives continue to be the same as they were on the first day: to be a leading group that generates well being for its people and its community. The implementation of the isEazy Skills platform has meant a leap in quality in the Group’s training offer. In addition to having a catalog with more than 540 courses on various topics, its wide range of multimedia and interactive training resources has enabled them to establish an internal library to promote selfdevelopment among their professionals.
The company highlights the ease with which isEazy Skills has developed its internal talent from day one, with courses adapted to different types of learning, which are also attractive to new generations of employees.
For its part, isEazy Author has enabled them to create courses on regulations and technical knowledge in an agile and autonomous way. According to Pérez Villagrán, it is a cutting-edge authoring tool with many interactives and games that facilitate the creation of more modern and ambitious learning programs.
Among the most valued features by the company are the ease of creating and duplicating projects, and editing them collaboratively, which reduces production times to a minimum. In addition, the artificial intelligence integrated into the tool makes it possible to further optimize the process, allowing them to create their courses in half the time, and to distribute them quickly among their different sites.

In a record implementation time, isEazy has quadrupled the AKRON Group’s training offer. In addition, its completion and engagement rates of its self-made courses have increased by 35%. This represents a significant improvement in knowledge retention, a key objective in such a specialized sector as the energy sector, with very strict regulations that are constantly changing.
In the future, AKRON Group wants to take advantage of the possibilities of these e-learning solutions to generate its own portfolio of specialized training in all areas of knowledge of the company. In this way, they hope to fully cover the needs of each type of collaborator and organize knowledge around the company’s processes in a more efficient way.
