EXPO TALENT DAY BARCELONA

10th anniversary: expert talks, AI, and trends

On October 6, we attended Expo Talent Day Barcelona 2026, one of Spain’s leading events for Human Resources and Learning & Development professionals.

Organized by Equipos y Talento, the event brought together more than 60 speakers, 11 panel discussions, and 15 Talent Talks for a day focused on how HR priorities are evolving, what new capabilities organizations need, and what initiatives companies are already putting into action.

The Success Story of Laboratoires Pierre Fabre and isEazy

We had the opportunity to host a Talent Talk alongside our client Pierre Fabre, “From Learning to Impact: How Pierre Fabre Scaled Digital Learning to Make It a Strategic Business Driver.” We explored the digital, modern, and scalable onboarding project we developed together, and how it has enabled the company to free up resources and focus on more ambitious talent development initiatives.

The session was led by Noemy Fernandes, HRBP & Learning Responsible at Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, with the support of Ignasi Jornet Salsas, Key Account Manager at isEazy. Together, they discussed the main challenges faced throughout the project and the key factors in aligning learning with business priorities, highlighting how a traditional vendor relationship has evolved into a strategic partnership built on technology and instructional design expertise in just three years.

“The real value hasn’t just been about producing content faster. It’s also been about creating the space to think and plan for the long term. The capacity we’ve freed up is allowing us to drive strategic development initiatives that would have been difficult to pursue before, while moving toward a more continuous learning model that is closely aligned with the business and the skills we’ll need in the future.”

Expo Talent Day Barcelona 2026: 10 years of a leading HR and talent event

At isEazy, we also took the opportunity to connect with HR, Learning & Development, and talent management professionals and gain firsthand insights into the challenges they face every day, at a time when AI and technological transformation are accelerating organizational change.

The event sparked discussions around key issues such as the transformation of organizational culture and leadership in the age of AI, employee well-being, and the need to evolve learning strategies to deliver real business impact.

Expo Talent Day Barcelona reinforced one particularly important takeaway: updating tools and processes is no longer a one-time initiative, but an ongoing reality that organizations must navigate every day. In this environment, companies’ ability to adapt their learning strategies is becoming increasingly important to staying competitive.

This takeaway directly reflects our participation in the Talent Talk alongside Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, a company we’ve helped scale its digital learning programs and turn them into a strategic driver for the organization. Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, attended our session, and especially to Noemy Fernandes for generously sharing our project with the broader HR and talent community.
