Relive the event

From June 8 to 10, we returned to CBTD 2026 for the second consecutive year. The conference brought together more than 10,000 HR, training, and talent development professionals, with over 140 activities and 18 simultaneous stages.

A key meeting point to share trends, experiences, and new solutions around corporate learning, with artificial intelligence taking center stage.

CBTD 2026, From the Inside

Over three days, we connected with professionals from different industries to learn about their training challenges and share our perspective on how technology is transforming corporate learning.

At our booth, we held demos and meetings with HR and training professionals, showing how generative AI can be combined with sound instructional design to create learning experiences that are more relevant, scalable, and results-driven.

AI with a strong instructional approach

AI is opening up new possibilities for creating, delivering, and updating learning content. During the event, we showed how these capabilities can be applied to e-learning without losing sight of quality, relevance, and people’s real needs.

We also presented a new AI development applied to learning, which we will be sharing in more detail soon, and explored with attendees new ways to use technology to advance corporate learning.

A meeting point to shape the future of learning

The interest shown by attendees and the conversations held throughout the conference highlighted the growing importance of continuous learning and of having training strategies that can adapt to a constantly evolving environment.

Our participation in CBTD for the second consecutive year allowed us to continue strengthening our connection with the Brazilian market, exchange experiences with industry professionals, and explore new ways to advance corporate learning.

We would like to thank all the professionals who visited our booth, shared their challenges, and came to learn more about our solutions, as well as ABTD for once again bringing the Learning & Development community together.

See you at the next edition.
