The seventh edition of Corporate Learning Day brought together more than 700 professionals from the training and development sector on October 29, 16 conferences on L&D and more than 40 exhibitors at the Goya Theater in Madrid.
This event, organized by Equipos & Talento, brought together Talent, Development, Training, and Human Resources Managers to discuss trends in the sector, share the latest developments in technology, and share their best practices.
isEazy has been an official sponsor of the event, with a space from which it has presented its e-learning tools based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help organizations optimize training projects with the most innovative functionalities and resources.
During the day, 13 round tables and 3 speed talks were held in which more than 40 expert speakers participated in the most cutting-edge L&D initiatives of large organizations. A forum for reflection on topics such as the digitalization of learning, the strategic use of AI in training, and the role of innovation in improving engagement and retention of talent in organisations.
Throughout the day, attendees were able to participate in both the presentations and panel discussions, and interactive sessions on best practices in the field of talent development and corporate learning management. In addition, at the exit of the conference hall, more than 40 exhibitors with their own space, including isEazy, offered networking opportunities to connect technology with industry leaders.
